At GeekMyPC, we strive to provide top-quality technical support, repair, and IT services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered

If a scheduled service was not provided due to our error or failure to deliver, you are entitled to a full refund.

b. Service Not As Described

If the service rendered differs significantly from what was agreed upon or described at the time of booking, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion after a review.

c. Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (before service begins): Full refund if canceled 24 hours or more prior to the appointment.

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (within 24 hours): A cancellation fee may apply, and partial refunds are at our discretion.

  • GeekMyPC-Initiated Cancellation: Full refund or free rescheduling offered.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees (if the diagnosis was completed)

  • Services completed in full and as agreed upon

  • Issues caused by user error after service completion

  • Delays or problems caused by third-party hardware or software not under our control

  • Costs of replacement hardware parts (unless defective under warranty)


3. Hardware & Software Sales

  • Hardware: Refunds are only provided for defective hardware and are subject to manufacturer return policies. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition within 7 days.

  • Software Licenses: Software purchases are non-refundable once the license has been issued or activated.


4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at geekpc111@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full name and contact details

  • Date of service or order

  • Description of the issue and reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation or photos, if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


6. Policy Changes

GeekMyPC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
